In 2021, Eneria welcomed 45 students on work experience programmes and interns of all levels, from high school students on vocational courses to undergraduate engineers.
Our interns and work study students work in both technical activities (the design office, project engineering, workshops, maintenance, etc.) and the support functions (Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, etc.). We also organise a half-day induction programme for them, which includes a tour of our workshops.
